Assistance in every step of the way

Project Management

Our certified project management team evaluates new projects and delivery schedules and implements a carefully designed project timeline. This timeline is shared with our customer and includes important milestones. The project is then meticulously managed to assure it is delivered on time and with our high quality standard.

Mechanical Engineering and Design

Once the timeline is determined the project proceeds to our highly capable engineering department. Here, we take our customers idea and design a solution using our extensive knowledge base via 3D design software. We review and audit our designs internally and when we have a finished project, we present our solution to our customer for validation and approval.

Electronics Engineering and Design

At the same time, our resourceful electronics design team analyzes the controls, safety and quality assurance requirements and proceeds to design, integrate and deploy a state of the art, cost competitive and efficient solution.

Manufacturing

Once our project design is approved by our customer, the process leads to fabrication. The majority of our fabrication elements are built in-house. Our manufacturing team assures all outsourced machining is executed by Avant partners that comply with our standard of excellence. Avant uses the latest CNC Machining centers in our manufacturing process. Our CNC programmers and operators are trained in the latest CNC programing and operating techniques to ensure efficient ant timely fabrication for all our complex fabrication requirements.

Paint & Welding

Avant’s secondary machines are housed in steel frames that are expertly designed, built, and painted in a facility dedicated to these processes, ensuring that our specialized welders and painters consistently meet the highest standards of quality.

Assembly

Our passion is building machines. This passion is ultimately displayed during our assembly process. Our highly skilled assembly technicians ensure the engineering design of our assembly stations is met based on our high quality standards. Each of our projects is assembled piece by piece by our in-house assembly team. All electrical cabinets are designed and integrated in Avant facilities.
